Return & Exchange Policy

At Clink Jewelry Studio, each piece is handcrafted with care just for you. Because of the made-to-order nature of our jewelry — and to keep our prices fair — we do not accept returns or exchanges on any items.

We know that sounds strict, which is why we back every piece with our Lifetime Repair & Replacement Guarantee. If your jewelry ever breaks or has a defect under normal use, we’ll repair or replace it at no cost. Our goal is for you to love your jewelry every day, without worry.

Please note: Normal wear and tear, damage caused by improper care, or loss of stones will not be covered under this guarantee.

Why we don’t accept returns:

*All pieces are handmade in small batches or made to order.

*Many items are custom-sized or configured for each customer.

*To maintain quality and safety, returned jewelry cannot be restocked or resold.

We believe it’s more honest to support your investment with lifetime care rather than resell returned items as “new.”

 

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because we start crafting quickly:

  • Changes or cancellations may be requested within 12 hours of placing your order.
  • After 12 hours, materials may already be in process and we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations.

To request an order update, please use the contact form to get in touch with us as soon as possible.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect (rare, but we’re here if it happens):

  1. Contact us within 5 days of delivery,
  2. Include your order number and photos,
  3. We’ll repair, replace, or fix our mistake — free of charge, and we’ll cover shipping.

This falls under your Clink Lifetime Repair & Replacement Guarantee, which is always active and always free.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

We’re happy to help guide you through the carrier’s claim process if something goes missing, but Clink cannot replace items lost or stolen after delivery is marked complete.

Final Sale Items

The following items are always final sale:

  • Gift cards
  • Custom creations
  • Personalized pieces
  • Sale or discounted pieces
